Return Policy
Our return policy applies only to items with a manufacturing defect. If your item does not have a defect, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and have a verified manufacturing defect. It must also be in the original packaging whenever possible. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number). Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer if it was shipped directly from their services.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected, along with the reason for rejection, if applicable.
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, even in the case of a defect, such as perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, as well as intimate products (such as underwear), sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the Consumer Code, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Return shipping costs (if applicable):
If the returned item has a verified manufacturing defect, the return shipping costs will be refunded up to a maximum of 5 euros. If the return is our responsibility, the item will be replaced free of charge.
The time it may take to receive an exchanged product may vary depending on where you live. To facilitate return tracking, please provide us with proof of shipment, including the tracking number of the package. It is essential to include your order number with your package; otherwise, no refund will be processed. This will allow us to track the status of your return until it reaches our facilities.
